Using the combination of indirect and direct techniques for temporization. Silicone keys.

Day Tow 1.11.2018 :
Fabrication of transparent silicone key and transferring wax-up on the occlusal surfaces of posterior dentition.

You going to learn a useful technique for full mouth cases. It’s going to allow you to break down big cases to quadrant treatment, gain better control of occlusion and be more flexible with time management of the case. I found it to be an invaluable tool in helping patients who can not afford to do full mouth rehab at ones and yet are motivated to eventually complete their treatment to the best possible solution.

Day three 2.11.2018
: Transferring wax-up to anterior using flowable composite injection with a transparent matrix. Preparation for a dental crown and relining of shell Provisionals.

Injection of flowable composite to copy wax-up for long-term temporization of anterior is a lifesaving tool to master for complex cases that require minimally invasive solution for anterior. You will learn how to do it easily and efficiently.
Lab made Provisionals are proved to be best solution for crown cases in long term temporization (anything above 3 weeks) and also for larger cases. You will learn to work with shell Provisionals. Useful tool that allows you to have lab fabricated Provisionals on the same day of preparation. If will save you time and make you more efficient, also provide your patients with more comfort and quality.
