Day1- Posterior Composite and Rubber Dam

Day1- Posterior Composite and Rubber Dam Course Description: This one-day course focuses on mastering posterior composite restorations under proper isolation. Participants will learn the full workflow of using the rubber dam — its importance, armamentarium, and alternative techniques for multiple or difficult isolations. The session also covers pre-isolation preparation, soft tissue management, and when rubber dam placement may not be ideal. Advanced topics include Deep Marginal Elevation (DME) and Deep Margin Access (DMA) for managing subgingival margins, techniques to control leakage, and strategies for soft caries management with both partial and complete removal approaches. The course explores the biomechanics of posterior restorations, comparing GV Black principles with modern conservative cavity designs, and reviews different composite application methods including layering and injection molding. Matrix systems, adhesion protocols, and the Bioclear method are highlighted for achieving proper contacts and anatomical form. The day concludes with finishing and polishing protocols, clinical case discussions, and hands-on exercises to apply the learned techniques in real practice

Day 2 Anterior composite

This one-day course is dedicated to mastering anterior composite restorations with a balance of aesthetics and function. From both the patient’s and dentist’s perspectives, the program explores how to achieve ideal pink and white esthetics while maintaining natural harmony and long-term stability. Participants will understand how proper cavity design, matrix system selection, and shade matching directly influence the final outcome. The course covers the principles of cavity design and adhesive layering in anterior teeth, emphasizing precision in shade selection and the body shade concept to create seamless transitions and lifelike results. Attendees will also learn detailed finishing and polishing protocols that enhance surface texture, gloss, and optical integration. Clinical discussions will include full-mouth composite veneer planning, aesthetic smile corrections, and real-life anterior cases demonstrating step-by-step techniques and decision-making. The workshop portion focuses on practical exercises including Class III restorations, black triangle closure, and diastema management, giving each participant hands-on experience in managing anterior challenges with confidence and artistry.

Day 3 – Posterior Composite Clinical Workshop

This exclusive clinical day allows each participant to perform a full posterior composite restoration on a real patient under microscope magnification and direct supervision. Every step — from diagnosis, isolation, cavity design, and matrix adaptation to layering, finishing, and polishing — will be executed live by the participant. The goal is to refine manual skills, precision, and workflow under real clinical pressure, replicating true daily practice. Each candidate will receive personalized feedback on ergonomics, bonding sequence, occlusal adjustment, and overall restoration quality. This is where theory meets reality — a full clinical immersion experience designed to build confidence and excellence.

Day 4 – Anterior Composite Clinical Workshop

On this clinical day, participants will perform anterior composite restorations on real patients, guided step by step under microscope supervision. The focus will be on achieving natural esthetics, correct shade layering, anatomical form, and proper finishing. Each dentist will manage a case involving challenges like black triangle closure, diastema correction, or Class III restorations. With continuous supervision and immediate feedback, participants will learn how to translate aesthetic planning into predictable clinical outcomes. The day is designed to elevate artistic skill, control, and confidence in anterior esthetic dentistry
